- Rates
will be charged in local currency at the exchange rate of the
day.
- Child
Policy : Maximum of 1 [One] child 12 years and under, free of
charge sharing room with 2 [Two] adults without extra bed and
meals.
- Check
In Time is 02.00 PM. Check Out Time is 12.00 pm. Day Use up to
06.00 PM 50% of the rates will be applied, subject to availability.
If rooms held after 06.00 PM, normal rates will be applied.
- Prepayment
is required for all arrival.
- During
low season, a one night cancellation fee from total room reserved
will be applied, if the cancellation notice is received within
8 days before arrival date. In the event of No-Show, one
nights no show fee will be charged.
- During
high season, 30-15 days, one night cancellation fee from total
room will be applied, 14-8 days or less to the arrival date, 50%
of total room reserved will be applied, 7 days or less prior to
the arrival date, full charge. In the event of No-show,
a full no-show fee will be charged from the total room nights
reserved, except otherwise confirmation is made with some other
additional conditions of cancellation and no-show.
- During
Peak Season, 45-30 days, one night cancellation fee from total
room reserved will be applied, 29-15 days or less to the arrival
date 50% of total room reserved will be applied, 14 days or less
prior to the arrival date, full charge. In the event of No-show,
a full no-show fee will be charged from the total room nights
reserved, except otherwise confirmation is made with some other
additional conditions of cancellation and no-show.
